Well, we can help you proceed in a world you may know very little about, other than what you perceive as paradise.
Most of our listings are private sales, meaning you wont find them on other websites.
We also help you understand Costa Rican Laws and the choices you have when buying land here. They are basically 3 types of land for sale in this country: titled, concession (beachfront) and possessions, and we have listings in all 3 categories.
We work closely with lawyers to assure proper due diligence has been done on all of our listings saving you valuable time.
It is our goal when working with clients to be informative, creating a smooth experience in buying or selling in Costa Rica.
We also offer Property Management as well as Building/Construction Management.

About me
"Making Dreams Possible"
This phrase seems very possible when visiting Costa Rica and I’m living proof.
Once upon a time in 1992 a younger version of myself wanted to challenge herself and chase a dream. So she left her home, friends and family, quit her job, packed up her little car and drove to Costa Rica, landing in Santa Teresa/Mal Pais.
I was one of the first foreigners to settle here in 1992, when there was no electricity, no road, no stores, just a few houses, 2 schools, 2 churches and a small handful of locals. Back then, this was a fishing village with cattle ranchers who were riding horses around town instead of cars. Times have changed. Fast forward 30 years. I have seen it all, and im still happy to call this area home.
I have been selling real estate for many years along with publishing a community newspaper called “The Dirt Road” (2008-2018); I own 2 guest houses and a construction company specialising in fine details, design and renovation.
I have lots of experience living here that I will use to help you find that piece of paradise perfect for you.
